Some gyms are just sweat shops and they really don't care about hygiene. Here at Primal we clean everyday and after every workout. Just because we share the gym for a workout doesn't mean you wanna share your sweat and take it home.

FIRST OFF, WE ARE NOT A SPORT SCHOOL, WE DO INCOURAGE OUR STUDENTS TO COMPETE, BUT DO NOT REQUIRE IT. OUR GRACIE JIU JITSU IS SELF DEFENSE BASED ALONG WITH OUR STRIKING PROGRAMS. ALTHOUGH WE ARE A MIXED MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY, DON'T READ TOO MUCH INTO THE NAME. MIXED MARTIAL ARTS IS NOT JUST A FIGHTERS SPORT OR ART. IT COMBINES MANY ELEMENTS OF GRAPPLING, STRIKING, SUCH AS MUAY THAI, TAKEDOWNS, AND VARIOUS FORMS OF MARTIAL ARTS. YES, IT IS WHAT YOU SEE ON UFC AND BELLATOR, BUT THAT IS SPORT, WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS. THERE ARE NO RULES ON THE STREET WHEN YOU ARE ATTACKED. NO ONE IS GONNA JUST STOP IF YOU TAP OUT, IF SOMONE IS ROBBING YOU, SAYING I GIVE UP WILL NOT GET THE REF TO STEP IN LIKE ON TV. WE STRIVE TO TEACH THE SKILLS AND DISIPLINES NECASSARY TO MAKE YOU MORE CONFIADENT IN A BAD SITUION. WE STRIVE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO DEFEND YOUR SELF AND GIVE YOU THE MOTIVATION TO DO SO. WE ALSO LOVE TO HAVE FUN DOING IT. OUR WARM UPS ARE PART OF OUR FITNESS PROGRAMS AND DO REQUIRE SOME STENOUS EXERCISE, HOWEVER IT IS TAYLORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL, IF YOU CAN’T DO A PUSH UP WE WILL CUSTOMIZE THE EXCERISE FOR YOU. AFTER YOU HAVE GRADUATED OUR FUNDAMENTAL PROGRAM IN 2-4 YEARS YOU WILL DEFINATLEY BE ABLE TO DO MOST OF THE EXERCISES PRESCRIBED AND HAVE A IDEAL SELF DEFENSE KNOWLEDGE.
